- 01The itinerary is tentative and may be revised due to weather conditions, train schedules, local administration, temple timings, festivals, or any unforeseen circumstances. The Trip Captain's decision during the trip will be final.
- 02All local sightseeing and transfers (within approximately 25–30 km) will be provided in a comfortable A/C cab as per the itinerary.
- 03Commercial vehicles are not permitted near major attractions such as Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, and Ram Ki Paidi. Guests will need to use battery-operated vehicles/e-rickshaws (where applicable) and walk short distances. During the Saryu Aarti, a walk of approximately 200–300 metres may be required.
- 04Room allocation (Double Bed/Twin Bed) is subject to hotel availability and management discretion.
- 05Wheelchairs are available at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple for senior citizens, differently abled guests, or visitors with medical requirements (subject to temple management rules). Attendant charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the traveller.
- 06Travellers wishing to attend the Ram Lalla Aarti may do so subject to availability and temple guidelines. The TripRoadie team will assist with the required process during the trip.
- 07All travellers must carry a valid original Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) during the journey.
- 08Please report at the designated boarding point at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- 09Consumption of alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, or any behaviour causing inconvenience to fellow travellers is strictly prohibited during the trip.
- 10Kindly respect local customs, temple rules, dress codes, and maintain cleanliness at all religious places.
